The Intermediate Intensive Chinese consists of 4 volumes. Each volume has 12 lessons. Altogether there are 48 lessons for one-year study. Every lesson is composed of 7 parts: Clues, Vocabulary, Text, Key Words, Grammar, Exercise, and Supplementary Reading. In Book I., there are about 45 new characters in each lesson and 800 ~ 1400 characters in each passage.
