Out of this consideration, the author makes the radicals of Chinese characters as the point of tangency, introduces the evolution of the radicals of Chinese characters in a scientific, systematic and scrupulous way so that foreign learners can understand the evolutionary process of formation of Chinese characters, ranging from oracle bones, metal language, seal character to official script, regular script, cursive hand, and running script.
